Celebration of Desert Flavors
Our vegetarian restaurant celebrates the wealth of a desert oasis. Using only natural and local ingredients, we bake our own bread, with local spices such as turmeric, and serve a variety of local produce, such as couscous, tahini, organic dates and fish from local salt water pools in the Negev Mountains; we also serve olives and olive oil grown locally in the desert!
Specializing in quality, home-made, slow-cooked food, our meals are a feast for special occasions, including stews in thick iron pot cooked for house on the camp fire, fish in the oven, specialty rice dishes and more.
To accompany the rich food, we offer a selection of wines from our own winery, Rujum.
The restaurant offers daily breakfast and dinner upon request, and specialty cooking for large groups or during the weekend. All meals are made fresh to order and require advanced reservation.
Eat outside the box and be a guest in a traditional Bedouin meal, in a local Bedouin village; the meal is based on unique dishes such as Mansaf, a blend of rice, veggies and chicken, traditional Lib’e bread, and local tea.
